I have a bug problem. They are white in color, there are small ones maybe 1mm that almost look like little maggots or something crawling in the soil and I have seen some larger ones maybe 3mm also in there. The bigger ones have an oval type body shape. I thought maybe the springtails, but I'm not really sure as I find conflicting information on them. I notice them generally right after watering, they seem to come to the surface and wiggle around. The larger ones I only see when I mix up the soil a bit. Any help on what they are and how to get rid of them would be great. They are in all my plants, so don't seem to be just in a specific type. Thanks Joey
