We've only found one location for Snow Goose, and that because they were newly planted and we were told what they are by the Parks Board, which planted them. They're in the West End/Stanley Park, along the path between Ceperley meadow and the Rhododendron Garden, but were reported in the Snow Goose - single white, upright thread in the Cultivar IDs forum. Other Snow Goose locations will be summarized in this thread.
Not a timely posting - more 'Snow Goose' locations. These trees look just like 'Umineko', as far as we can tell so far. Fortunately, the 'Snow Goose' plantings are new and are tagged with the name. Old trees that look similar are 'Umineko'. Middle-age trees are anyone's guess. Cambie Median: this is several neighbourhoods, and there are no photos. The inventory list of locations is in South Cambie. Nine trees between 40th and 41st, a few others here and there. See the inventory. Fairview: not documented, across from the Olympic Village Skytrain Station on 6th Ave, along the exit road from 6th onto Cambie, young trees planted in 2010, see photos. West End/Stanley Park: just inside the Stanley Park golf course on the Rhody Path near the old 'Umineko' trees, see photos
