Small weedy waster area plant with beautiful tiny flowers

I was wondering if anyone could help me id this neat little plant. It is growing all over the sides of the highway around Thunder Bay, ON. It almost grows in a vine, sorry about the bad picture focus of the one on the ground. The flowers are tiny and there are numerous one on the plant they are only about 3mm at most. Thanks.

 

Looks like Euphrasia sp.
Over here the common name is Eyebright.
