Small tree ?

    Sprouts up every where. Small tree or shrub in the Gulf Coast.

    Interesting that it bears such a striking resemblance to Trembling Aspen (or Cottonwood).

    Triadica sebifera (or Sapium sebiferum, depending on which classification you follow).

    Chinese Tallow, Chicken Tree, Pop Corn Tree.. Not a good tree to have around.
    I have many! They grow like a bacteria and are very hard to rid them.
    They grow fast and make great shade trees, but once they are there, they are there for good!

    Yeah, that's it. I've even planted it here (it didn't make it). The small specimen I planted was quite similar to the one in the picture.
