I'm having a really hard time identifying this tree, though it may be just an overgrown shrub that's been shaped to look like a tree. I've totally exausted my googling powers. Anyone can help?
Most species are tropical, odds of just happening upon same kind looking at random pages not too high. If there is a nursery or labeled collection there you have access to they might have the same plant. The white things are bugs.
