Small tree/bush with dark purple leaves

    I don't know much about this plant, but it doesn't seem to have any fruit on it (at least right now). I haven't seen it in other parts of the year so I don't really know what fruits it does have. Hopefully you can determine it's species from the following pictures.

    I'm in Blair, NE, on the line in between USDA zones 4b and 5a.

    Prunus x. 'Cistena'...it will rarely set fruit, at least here in Ohio.

    I agree with Buckeye, its a 'Prunus'

    I don't see any fruit on mine either. I'm guessing prunus cistena is correct. Thanks for your help.
