Identification: Small shelf fungus

    It's maybe not obvious from this picture but there is a pinkish hue to this fungus. That and the size (maximum length ~1inch) makes me doubt that it's artist's conk, which I've seen a lot of nearby. Ling Chih maybe?
    (No, I didn't but should have examined the stalk and underside more closely).
    Found along mountain trails of North Vancouver.
