Identification: small redish bell shaped mushroom - need help with id

grows on rotten oak wood

size about an inch or less

bleeds red

gills

I would like to know it's name

 

Mycena haematopus.

the stipes when removed from the wood can bleed quite a bit
I had to take more pics to share with the family abroad

the name fits

the myth/ story around the name is interesting too
