Does anyone know what this plant is that growing among the grass? It's very low growing, stays very close to the ground and there is a lot of it dispersed throughout my lawn. I'd like to know what it is so I can determine the best way to get rid of it. Location is Southern Ontario Canada

EDIT: I think its a kind of speedwell according to iNaturalist when I submit the image to the app, However it's not clear which one it is exactly. Might be perennial.

Why 'get rid of it'? It doesn't look like it's doing any harm, not smothering the grass, and (assuming it is a speedwell) the flowers, though small, are pretty, and provide food for pollinators. A lawn with wild flowers is better than one without.
