Small Palm tree

    A gentlemen a few doors down has a small palm tree in front of his window that has been there for over 5 years and hasnt' grown much. It is only a few feet tall It is one single palm tree does anyone know what kind it could be. I am looking to put three small palms in my garden to give my garden height but don't want somthing that gets big quick and this would be perfect. The gentlemen doesn't know what it's called (it was there before he moved in)

    Looks like Phoenix roebelenii, Pygmy Date Palm.

    yes thats what that is, it looks like it needs some fertlizer and water.
