small outdoor ID please?

    I have these two varieties of the same plant which have grown around the house and produce seedpods in pairs on the main stem underneath the beautiful flowers (can be seen in the upper picture). Can anybody help name it?

    Sometime check out Catharanthus roseus (Vinca rosea).
