Hi, There was a small glitch for two hours today (4:40PM to 6:40PM PST, Fri. Jun 10) where there was no more room left on the part of the web server where the forum is hosted. This doesn't affect posting the forums, but might have affected email notifications or emails sent through the system (as they are temporarily written as files on the same server before being erased). I've cleaned out a bunch of space, and then looked into why this problem came about. It seems like the web server was originally configured in a way that doesn't best use the available space on the entire server. As a long-term solution, I'm looking into ways to tap that other space.
