Need help identifying a small plant with red and green fan-shaped leaves and red stem whose seed was maybe in my soil unknowingly and began to grow. Completely folds up its leaves into a flat plane every night and sometimes during the day (seemingly if too much sun or wind). Has a very long and thin (singular strand) root system that I noticed when I transplanted it. Assumingly a tropical plant as I'm in Cameroon (where I got the soil and live) and the heat gives it no big problem. Please help with identification!
