Small Flowering shrub

    upload_2018-11-27_11-56-0.jpeg Overall size is about 18" round, it has slim fleshy green leaves (approx 1" long) that are sticky to touch.
    Seems to be a woody stem and has an "unkempt" look about it
    Flowers in summer with a pretty simple flower.
    I first saw it in the UK at a garden center.....It was imported.
    Would love to know what it is so that I can hunt it down.
