Identification: Small evergreen bush...or is it a tree cultivar?

    I need to the know the species of this bush/small tree. I don't know if it's a cultivar of an eastern redcedar or something like that. Any guidance you can offer would be wonderful.

    I'm in Blair, NE, on the line between USDA zones 4b and 5a.

    A juniper of some sort, hard to tell as it has been sheared so doesn't have its natural shape. Most likely Juniperus × pfitzeriana or Juniperus 'Grey Owl'.

    The needles are more green/yellow than blue/grey so I think it's most likely Juniperus × pfitzeriana. Thanks for your help. I was so lost, I couldn't even narrow it down to a juniper.
