Small bell shaped flowers on groundcover-type plant

Hi everyone,

I was out photographing at Buena Vista Park in San Francisco and this really cute groundcover-type plant caught my eye, primarily because of the bell-shaped flowers. If I had to guess a family, it would be Solanaceae....
