Over the past month, I noticed small slimey worms on the leaves of my 3-tiered japanese espaliated pear tree. They are no more than 1 centimer in length with the body approximately 1 mm and with a larger 2 mm round head. Any idea? Should I be concerned? This is just about the time I start harvesting my japanese pears. Mike in Port Coquitlam, BC
