Sky is falling! (Rain)- calibrachoa

    well there is patchy blue sky now at the coast -

    This is a container of calibrachoa yesterday (bright & perky) compared to how it looks after the downpours last night & this morning

    And I left the car windows open :(

    My hydrangeas and lilies are quite flat too

    They’ll all lift up soon I am sure

    The rainstorms last night and this morning were ever so welcome and I let my irrigation system run this morning too. It won't help plants that are already dead but may help borderline plants survive.

    I almost feel guilty though, knowing how so many are suffering in the BC interior. Gardens are nothing compared to your home and livelihood when fires are in the equation. I would gladly have diverted our rain there if it were possible.
