I bought this plant and liked it so much that I'm trying to get a few more, but have been hunting high & low ... but can't find somthing like it.

It has very narrow leaves unlike the Sansevieria's wider leaves (the snake plant/mother in law's tongue) but it's flat and rigid like the Sanseviera.

I've searched the net to find the name of this plant, but failed.

    Please help!

    Thanks in advance!!!

I can't see enough detail from the photo to be sure, but have you considered Phormium (New Zealand flax)? The leaves are not succulent (unlike MIL) and emerge straight and folded down the centre spine, later unfolding then arching to one side or the other.

Hi Simon! My plant's leaves are succulent and very much like MIL, but they are not as wide as MIL. it's also curved. it really looks like a thin Mother in Law.. haha

All Sansevierias can be propagated from leaf cuttings or by division.
