Does anyone have knowledge of a similar website to this in the USA, preferably the Pacific Northwest area? I am trying to find more information on species native to Oregon, and/or species from other areas which can be naturalized here without posing invasive risk to Oregon, in order to draw up more organized long-term gardening plans.

It would be a great help to find a resource with, actually, a little less information to search through. Perhaps I just don't know how to make proper use of the search engine on this website, but I'm having a hard time finding what I need.

    Hi Ann,

We recognize that these forums can't be everything to everybody, so we provide a list of other forums.

Rainy Side Gardeners immediately strikes me as one you might like to check out.

    Cheers,
    Daniel

Daniel and Ron B. - Thank you. Rainyside looks good, except for the distracting ads. Hope you don't mind if I continue to come here also.

There's a PNW forum at GardenWeb also.
