I have 2 areas of Sumac and one group has pulpy bulbs on the leaves. They are dime size and cover a lot of leaves. When we cut open one of the balls it was hollow and looked to be filled with tiny white bugs, it was windy but we are sure they were moving. Does anyone know what this is and how to deal with it to stop it contaminating more plants?
