I have no clue about citrus trees. My tree (a seedless orange variety) was here when I moved 12 years ago and has only had minor issues until about 3 years ago when a white substance (and small white flies) began appearing on the underside of leaves. I sprayed it periodically with soap water which seemed to keep it under control. There were also some leaves with tiny black organisms. Now new leaves are starting to curl up and the white substance is spreading all over and some leaves are partially eaten and yellowing. I don't want to use pesticides. Any suggestions? I have also included pictures...Please help!

It appears that you have several problems. The curled leaves are due to citrus leaf miners. The white flies are whiteflies and the black coating is sooty mold caused by the secretions from the whiteflies. There is no real cure for the leaf miners, but they can be deterred with oil spray (1% horticultural oil)-- the adult moths do not like to lay eggs on oily leaves-- you need to spray new flushes when the leaves are about 1/2 inch and continue spraying every few day as new leaves appear. The oil spray will kill the whiteflies as well.
