In addition to the leaves and flowers falling off this tree, now the bark is peeling off this tree. We've have only lived here 3 years, and I don't know how old this tree is. Any help anyone could give me would be appreciated. Sue

It sounds like you have two possible problems. One is spot anthracnose and the other is canker.
