   Could someone guess what is this flower, please? It is from Yakut region of Russia. Looks like a species from Caryophyllaceae. But this is so large family that I am lost. Thanks in advance.

   It reminds me very much of Phlox subulata. But that is in a different family. Just thinking aloud!
