http://SSquill.notlong.com 9 April 2007 Information about the plant.

This little plant blooms about the same time as crocus's. It is a clear indication that spring has sprung. The Siberian Squill is often seen in lawns in the early spring prior to the first cutting. I transplanted it from a friend's lawn in April 2006. There was a white one, 'Alba' is a pure white form, but it didn't survive my rough transplanting.
