I have two surviving trees sold to me as Siberian Pine, pinus siberica, and some seedlings from seed sold to me as pinus cembra siberica. Are they the same tree? Which is correct? And have I spelled it right?

Yes, same tree. Some botanists consider it a distinct species, others say it is just a subspecies (or even just a variety) of Pinus cembra. I tend to go with listing it as a distinct species, but the differences between P. cembra and P. sibirica are small.

    Spellcheck: Pinus sibirica.
