Identification: shrub with oak like leaves

    This plant started growing from seed and just recently I re-potted it into a larger pot. The leaves are about two inches long and oak-like. From the way it's growing it seems like it might spread. The stem doesn't appear woody. I'm wondering if this is a native shrub?
