Shrub (?), red coral-like inflorescence, deeply-lobed palmate leaves, spines

    At Lyon Arboretum in Honolulu, it was the deeply-lobed palmate simple leaves I liked on this. There are fruits visible in the photos, and spines (I think they're spines) visible in the third photo.

    Ah, another Euphorbiaceae from Central America. You'd think I'd start to get the hang of this. Thanks, Tyrlych.

    Floridata describes the leaves as being "cut deeply into 7-11 narrow lobes with the margins of each lobe themselves dissected into narrow pointed segments". I missed that last bit, which is something that usually amuses me, but I see there's one instance of that in one of the photos.

    And it's a shrub or small tree.
    Some common names: coral plant (I had "coral-like" in the subject line - I'm only lacking imagination in coming up with useful queries for the ID); also physic nut, Guatemala rhubarb.
