Shrub ID for cutting purposes

    I attach two photos for ID purposes. Can this shrub be cut back beyond the leaves like honeysuckle or must foliage be left when cutting as with cedar?

    Salix integra 'Hakuro Nishiki'. Cut it back as hard as you like, it'll regrow fast.

    If you let it grow out more it will be more colorful and interesting.
