Need some help IDing this shrub. It had dwindled to nothing so I pruned everything back and it really took off, growing back to twice its size in less than six weeks.

Any help would be so appreciated!

Might be some variation, but the box woods that I know are reletively slow growing and would never come back that quick and have a more saw tooth edge on the leaves. looks more like a lipstick plant, not really sure what the botanical name is, some thing like Aesynanthus lobanus but it is a tropical plant.

What Ron said. They're fast resprouters.
