    Hi all,

Thanks in advance for you help. I just moved to the Bay Area so I have no idea about the plant types around here, and recently my dog has been munching on the berries/pods of this plant which concerns me. The plant stands about 5 feet tall, and the yellow berries/pods open up to reveal red seeds inside.
