I'd like to plant two flowering cherry trees in my back yard but I don't want them to grow so tall they shade an asparagus bed that will be about ten feet north of them. It would be nice if they were triangular or flat topped and one pinkish and one white-ish. Is this possible or should I look for another location?

Garden centers down here have had a few kinds grown on dwarfing rootstock in the past.
