Identification: Short cypress or arborvitae cultivar? I’m not sure…

    I found this row of short, column-shaped cypress or arborvitae plants a few days ago. They are only about 4 to 6 feet tall. Does anyone know the cultivar? I don't have any idea...
    I’m in Blair, NE, on the line between USDA zones 4b and 5a.

    Thuja occidentalis 'Smaragd'. Very prevalent in commerce.
