Serviceberry disease

    ]] I have a Serviceberry tree Amelanchier laevis which appears to have diseased fruit.
    Attached is a photo of this.
    Can anyone please tell me what the problem is and how I can treat it.

    Gymnosporangium (cedar apple rust) infection; Amelanchier is a secondary host for a number of the species.

    Might be cedar-quince rust.
