Senecio Serpens?

    I think this is a senecio serpens (aka blue chalksticks).
    Am I right?
    If so how can I tidy this plant up? it appears very stalky and has got out of control all over the path?
    It is summer time here in New Zealand at present.

    I'd agree with your identification, but I don't know about care of the plant, I'm afraid.
