I bought a Le Borgeot quince last year from Le Couteau Farms in Central Saanich, outside Victoria. For what it's worth their website lists the following two :

    CHAMPION
Large squat shaped fruit. Sweet, golden
yellow fruit. Good for jelly and jam. Tree
grows 4-5 metres. Big light pink flowers.
    Ripens during October extremely hardy
    and reliable. Self-fertile.

    Le BORGEOT
Large pear shaped fruit. Good for jelly and
jam. Tree grows to 4-5 metres. Big, light
    pink flowers.
