I have enclosed a couple of photos of a Trumpet Creeper wildflower-Campsis radicans- seed pods. However I noticed in the background and all around the photo were some smaller seed pods. They look a little like white or red mulberry tree buds. You can see the branches(limbs) and toothed and veined leaves. However the seed pods seem to be further out from the limbs than mulberries. These trees or shrubs are not over 10 feet high and are very thick. Apparently they were planted as some sort of landscaping around several fresh water ponds right on the bank at the waters edge in a local park. These photos taken 08-12-11 in Russellville, Arkansas. Thanks!!!
