Second plant - weed or Native plant to coastal BC

Another plant with needle like leaves in groups of 3-5. This plant is about 10 inches high and I have only seen 2 pf them in the entire disturbed area. The flower just seems to be a bunch of seed pods. It has a very small tap root.

 

Trifolium arvense maybe? If so, then introduced, invasive.
