    It looks like one I keyed out last week as Senna marilandica. Notice the black anthers and black gland on the petiole. Also, the pods would have cross septations. However, yours has more leaflets and looks like it is not as glabrous.

    On second thought, with all those leaflets, it might be a Chamaecrista. Some of them also have a gland.
