Hello all, I have come up empty in my nursery search for Campanula lactiflora "Pritchard's Variety". Has any kind gardener got one that they are willing to propagate and then donate a baby plant to me? Happy to swap as well if I can find something you are looking for too! Kindest Regards, Janet
It's spelled 'Prichard's Variety' and in BC The Perennial Gardens, Maple Ridge was listed for it by The Plant Locator - Western Region (2004, Black-Eyed Susans/Timber, Portland).
I will amend my spelling! Ron, are the Perennial Gardens still there? I thought they had gone wholesale and were closed to the public...a shame as I used to make an annual pilgrimage to visit their lovely site. Regards, Janet
Ok, well I will go out that way and check them out once more. They always had really unusual stuff. A few years ago they said they were shutting down the mail order and the retail and reincarnating as Red Barn Perennials, wholesale only.
