OK guys, heres the mess I've gotten myself into.

I have a project in my high school Biology class due this Wednesday; the project is to take 75 pictures of plants and to ID them.

I have taken all of the required pictures, but have came across a few that I can't ID. Since my project accounts for 50% of my grade, and it is due so soon, I am asking for any help identifying these plants.

Here is a photo gallery I have set up.

Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    Brad

Generally, school project questions are not answered (you're supposed to do it yourself ;-), but if you've only got 10 out of 75 left, you're not doing too badly. All the same, I'll only give some answers to genus, so you have to work out which species within the genus . . .
    1 and 6: Acer
2: Carpinus or Ostrya (I'll leave it to you to try to work out which!)
    10: Juniperus

Unfortunately, we don't really help with school projects in that way - i.e., giving out the answers. I suppose it comes from a philosophy that the point of schooling is that you make the effort to learn, instead of having the answers handed to you.

    Apologies, but closing thread.
