I have a similar problem (Botrytis) with my grapes, and the treatments are pretty similar. Proper pruning, removal of infected fruit and plant parts, and chemical sprays (Captan) seem to all be required. I've tried to eliminate the spraying, but then I lose quite a bit of the grape crop. Google "black rot grapes" (without the quotes) to obtain lots of detailed information.
