I have some very nice sago palms. These bloom only every 3 years. The problem is that my females are blooming in different years than my males. I am thinking of putting a couple of cones in freezer. Then I can use them to pollenate the females when the bloom in a year or two. Does any one know if this will work ? or how the Sago Pollen stands up to freezing ?
