hello all. this is my favourite section of the forums! can we grow saffron crocus IN THE GROUND (vs pots like everywhere else) here in the lower mainland? the growing conditions seem ideal (rainy in winter months, sunny and dry in summer months) my only concern is that it *might* get rain in the summer in it's dormant season. anybody have success? DO let me know! thanks!
