My plumeria has some (very slight) what I think is rust fungus. I've been searching for treatment and found two - Bayleton and Plantvex - but can't find either locally. Any suggestions for a treatment? Thanks.

I think cinnamon is often used as a fungicide, and that should be a bit easier to get locally. I know it can stop fungus growing but I'm not sure it can kill fungus that is already growing?
