does anyone know the difference between russian laurels ( which clearly don't match ) my cherry /english laurels. I'm curious about growing habits, pruning suggestions and organic fertilizers with these . The gardener delivered 4 of these in error and I'd like to keep them . Compared to the english laurels, they do look very leggy and messy....suggestions?

Russian laurel is a cultivar of English laurel. In case the meaning of this is not clear to you and it helps to understand, your question equates to "What is the difference between a Holstein cow and a dairy cow?"
