Hi Ariani, good to hear from you again! Certainly looks like a puffball, but not possible to make a positive ID from the photo. Also of course many Albanian mushrooms will be different from those we have here. Truffles have a similar reproductive strategy but are not very closely related to puffballs. In our region, a good way to find truffles is to look in the truffle holes dug by deer and rodents: Perhaps there is an animal in your region that is a truffle digger. A few truffle species grow slightly aboveground, and can be found by getting to know their habitat. There are other signs but best to find a resource that provides info on the signs in your region for your truffle species.
