I have 4 rose bushes in my back yard that have been there for years. My father always tended to them when he was alive. He has been gone 7 years and i have taken care of them. I am not real familiar with types of roses etc. the first rose was a velvety red like long stem type rose, the second was one that was red and yellow that turned to a peachy color after blooming. the 3rd was a red rose with a bit of white on it, and the 4th was a pretty and fragrant yellow rose. The 1st and 4th roses have opened red and no longer the regular rose shape. the are more like a tea rose (maybe). and the are both red. The 2 middle ones have not bloomed yet to see if the are different also. What would cause the bushes to totally change the shape and color of the roses? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

See this thread -- that might have an explanation.
