Hi, I brought my potted rosemary plant inside for the winter. Should I keep it moist or on the dry side? Can it withstand occasional draft of cold air (really cold, I'm in zone 4!)?

Rosemary in my experience is much more moisture tolerant than
you'd think reading the literature. What it can't tolerate is poor
drainage (think pots with saucers). So give the saucers a miss if
you want to keep it healthy indoors. Outdoors Rosemary can survive
temps in the teens Fahrenheit but the roots won't tolerate frozen
soil. Mite infestations are the more likely cause of death for indoor
plants. Once or twice a month you could give it a shower in the tub
    to discourage pest.

Thanks for your reply. I killed a couple of rosemary plants in the past, probably by keeping them too dry. The mix is very well draining. I'll try your shower suggestion, I definitely don't want spider mites.
