I have another Rose of Sharon question. I planted one this past spring, It is now about 4 ft tall with lots of buds and flowers. Should I prune this back for the winter? Or just mulch it up real good.

Hibiscus syriacus? Leave unpruned or prune low at end of winter, for shorter growth. This can be done because it flowers on new growth. Do not cut back now, during the flowering season. The blooms are pretty much all it offers.
